Happy with the mockup? Pay 50% and we start. On orders over 50 units we post you a physical sample first.

Delivered in 10 days
Ten working days from artwork approval, couriered anywhere in South Africa. Balance settles before dispatch.

The questions
Straight answers
The eight things every committee asks before they commit — answered before you have to ask them.
Is the price on the builder the final price?
It's an indicative estimate, and we say so plainly rather than pretending otherwise. The final price depends on your artwork — how many print colours, how big, and whether names are involved. We confirm it in writing within one business day and it won't move after that.
What's the minimum order?
20 units. Below that the setup cost per garment makes it poor value for you and unprofitable for us, so we'd rather point you to a local shop than take the order.
How long does it actually take?
10 working days from the moment you approve the artwork — not from when you first enquire. Add a couple of days if you want the physical sample first, which we strongly recommend on anything over 50 units. If your deadline is tighter than that, say so upfront and we'll tell you honestly whether we can make it.
Do I have to pay everything upfront?
No. 50% to start production, the balance before it ships. We're not asking a volunteer to hand over R25,000 to a website they found last night.
What if the sizes are wrong?
We send you a size chart with real measurements — garment measured flat, not vague S/M/L guesses — and we ask you to collect sizes before we print. If we print the wrong size against your list, that's our mistake and we redo it. If the list was wrong, we'll help you sort it, but a reprint gets charged.
Can you match our school or club colours?
Usually. Send us the colour code if you have one, or a photo of an existing garment. We'll tell you honestly if it can't be matched exactly rather than printing it and hoping you don't notice.
Who actually prints this?
We work with established South African printers and choose the right one for your job — different jobs suit different methods. We never single-source, so one printer's backlog doesn't become your missed deadline.
Do you deliver outside Gauteng?
Yes, nationwide by courier, included in the quoted price. Outlying areas may add a day.
